What is Private Pay?

Private Pay means you cover the full session fee at the time of service. This allows for greater confidentiality and flexibility in your treatment without insurance limitations.

What is a Superbill?

A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes all necessary information for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so we recommend checking with your provider to confirm eligibility.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, but to respect our therapists’ time, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Do you offer payment plans?
At this time, all payments are due at the time of service. However, we do offer sliding scale rates for those who qualify and depending on availability.
What is a superbill, and how do I use it?
A superbill is a detailed invoice that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
If I get charged a late cancellation fee, can I reschedule the same week for free?
All Charges are the same day including Cancellations.
It depends on availability if we can schedule make-up sessions.  

While we cannot guarantee an open spot beyond your designated session time, our therapists do their best to keep some flexibility for possible make-up sessions. If you need to reschedule, please reach out to your therapist as soon as possible to discuss available options.
